Proof & Color-Match Guarantee

Approve with confidence — rapid proofs + QA checks so your final imprint matches your approved artwork. We align color, placement, and imprint method expectations before production, then QA against your approved proof.

The Proof-to-Production Promise

What ‘proof match’ means

Final imprint is produced to match the approved proof for:

  • placement/location
  • imprint size/scale
  • imprint method
  • artwork correctness (as approved)
  • color expectations (within defined tolerance / method limits)

What it doesn’t mean

  • Exact screen color may vary by material/imprint method (fabric vs metal vs plastic)
  • Lighting/photography can affect perceived color
  • Certain products/methods have inherent variation (list examples)

We produce the approved proof. If the delivered imprint materially deviates from the approved proof due to an error within our control, we’ll make it right under our QA/returns policy.

Typical proof timing

  • Standard proofs: 1-2 business days
  • Rush proofs: 24 hours / same day

What speeds it up

  • Vector logo (AI/EPS/SVG/PDF)
  • Clear imprint colors (Pantone if needed)
  • Fast approvals + no mid-stream changes

What slows it down

  • Low-res art redraw
  • Multiple imprint locations
  • Specialty methods (embroidery, wrap print, etc.)

  1. Send logo + product choice (or ask for recommendations)
  2. We generate a proof mockup (placement, size, method, color notes)
  3. You review + request edits (if needed)
  4. You approve the final proof (this locks specs)
  5. Production begins + QA checks against the approved proof

Add a mini "approval checklist" (scannable)

  • Placement looks right
  • Logo size is readable
  • Colors are specified (Pantone/CMYK where needed)
  • Spelling/taglines correct
  • Method matches expectations (screen print vs laser vs embroidery)

QA checklist

  • Artwork: correct version used
  • Placement: correct location/orientation
  • Size: matches proof specs
  • Color: matches specified method/tolerance notes
  • Print quality: no major defects (smudges, misregistration, peeling, uneven embroidery)
  • Quantity + packaging accuracy (if relevant)

  • What qualifies as a QA issue (material deviation from approved proof, clear defects)
  • What we need to investigate (photos, batch info, order number)
  • Resolution options (reprint, credit, replacement—based on policy)
